Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   It's really really sad! This hotel is one of the nicest places i have ever seen. Rooms comfortable, staff friendly, food good. BUT: they didn't tell us that they have construction outside so in our rice terrace room you cannot sleep outside during day. It's really really loud. For a place like this and the money you pay to relax - you want to RELAX. And this is unfortunately not possible during day. Sad. I have to update: after publishing that post we were contacted by the staff immediately and they apologized deeply for the disturbing noise. Thank you, Rohan, for your time and respect.

Review:   Stayed at Four Seasons for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The resort was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. Resort staff were helpful and courteous. However, the breakfast buffet was largely mediocre.

Review:   Everything is perfect, incredible view from our rice-paddy side room, exquisite design and food, and service that went beyond even our high expectations.

Review:   Out of this world. Whilst extremely tranquil and exquisitely manicured surroundings it's the service that sets this place apart. Whisky relaxing at the pool, or in your room, or on your balcony or just about anywhere you like..the staff simply can not do enough for you. Friendly, helpful, funny and charming. The restaurants are all worth of a mention but the cookery school is standout!! Love love love this place.
