Company History
We created Visual Itineraries in 2010 as a web service for travel providers, offering travel agents a way to give their clients a visual tour of their upcoming
itinerary--and, a framework for their clients to share their experience with their friends and family, both before and after their trip. We aggregated visual content
for hotels and things to see and do at the destination, and travel agents could use our site to create customized brochures of choices for their clients to consider.
About a year after we launched the travel agent portal, we launched a consumer planning version as well. Consumers can explore destinations, search for places that
fit various characteristics, make an annotated list of their favorites, and ask our travel experts for help planning their trip.

Michael Cottam
In 2001, Michael co-founded TheBigDay honeymoon registry and travel company. Through that experience, he learned a lot about interesting ways to use the web to showcase resorts, destinations, and travel experiences to prospective clients.
Michael's traveled throughout Kenya and the Seychelles, and is an avid scuba diver. He's also spent time in Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, Hawaii France, England, and various islands in the Caribbean.

Brian Huggins
Brian has always nurtured his passion for travel in his spare time. He's traveled the world, visiting over 40 countries.
Over time, this passion grew to the point where he began to search for opportunities to work in the travel industry. He's been an African Specialist at Mango Safaris since early 2006.

Teresa Sullivan
Teresa Sullivan has been traveling and planning safaris in Africa for the last 15 years. She is one of the founders of Mango African Safaris.

Piper Fenton
Piper is the founder of honeymoon specialty travel company Remarkable Honeymoons, and an award-winning agent with almost 30 years experience.
She's a Virtuoso agent, and winner of WeddingWire's Couples Choice awards every year from 2014-2022.
She is well versed in international travel after having visited dozens of countries in her career, and also through her studies abroad living in both Mexico and France. From the Orient Express, to tenting in Nepal, to flying the Concord, she's had many wonderful travel experiences.

Joni Stone
Born in the Southwest, raised in the Northwest, I have called the South Pacific home for over 30 years. I founded J2 Travels in the late 1990s to share our knowledge with other like minded travelers – remembering always, that the joy is in the journey. I currently live on Maui, I'm endorsed by IATA, and am a member of the Fiji, Tahiti and New Zealand Tourism Boards.

Teresa Nelle
Teresa is a Certified Tahiti Travel Specialist and works with the Tahiti Tourism Board making sure her guests enjoy a fabulous holiday in Tahiti.
Teresa lives on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. She's been a Travel Advisor for 20 years, specializing in tropical islands around the world but her true love is the South Pacific.
Teresa has traveled throughout the South Pacific Islands and is on a first name basis with many of the resort owners. She has visited Fiji 7 times as well as Tahiti, Australia and New Zealand. Her speciality is multi-country holidays. Her agency, Luxury Hideaways, is rated A+ with the Hawaii Better Business Bureau.

Anne Leveque
I specialize in creating combination tours with multiple destinations e.g. Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam combo, within a region, all inter linked smoothly, convenient and affordable routing. Of course, I will also book a single destination of your choice.
My formal background is a BS in Biological Science, and MA in education/administration and an MFA in Fine Arts, UCLA.
I have held several Assistant Professorships, as well as a career Painter and Writer of Plays which have been produced and represented in Hawaii and Asia. In my spare time, I enjoy sailing and Oh Yes...TRAVEL!
