Resort overview

Video #1 of 2

The Intercontinental Resort basks in the heart of a magnificent 30 acre park on the edge of a stunning lagoon. Local architecture is harmoniously integrated among the gardens and coconut groves. Two infinity swimming pools, one of which is sand bottomed, face the lagoon and blue ocean which is marked on the horizon by the silhouette of Moorea.

Two restaurants cater to your dining pleasure – the overwater 'Lotus' for a light lunch or gourmet dinner and the 'Tiare', in a tropical setting by the garden, where a spectacular Polynesian show is held several times a week.

A wide range of activities is available, such as water-skiing, sailing, tennis, volleyball and of course swimming in the crystal clear water of the lagoon.

Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   This hotel is beautiful, they have several pools and one of them has coral and fishes in it. They let you borrow snorkeling equipment for an hour. It's nice!

Review:   Great hotel! There's a washing machine near the ice machine available for all guests to use. Going down the road to the left you'll find a Champion grocery store. Everything is too expensive in this hotel, from drinks to meals. Although, I recommend it and would return.

Review:   Possibly the best resort in Tahiti. Beautiful grounds and landscape with an amazing view of Mo'orea and the surf break. The rooms are extremely nice and as a bonus the rooms have American power outlets if you need them. Friendly staff and good food although breakfast is a bit expensive. Definitely would recommend!

Review:   Excellent staff, food is good & the rooms/huts are immaculate. We came here for our honeymoon & this is the best place we've stayed-on an island (Tahiti beats Hawaii hands down).
