About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   We stayed at Conrad for 4 nights at the beginning of August 2017. The front desk staff told us we booked the 3rd best room in the hotel. The top 2 are presidential suites. We LOVE this place. Simply the best room and view I have ever stayed. Highly recommended on this room. Water is about 15ft underneath the room. Unless many other room, this one gives you almost 100% privacy. The hotel restaurants are awesome as well. I truly can say they are Michelin standard meals. SIMPLY LOVE IT!

Review:   Conrad Bora Bora Nui surpassed, in a splendid fashion, everything my wife ever envisioned, during her 42+ year dream, of French Polynesia. It started with the live music and floral hei welcome at the dock. We were awestruck with the incredible clear water and surrounding beauty. Our huge, very private, overwater “maison” is beautifully renovated to a modern 2017 but maintains the Polynesian look & feel. The stunning water and twin peak Bora Bora Mountain view, from our Villa 105, brings an emotional tear. Dinner on the patio at Iriatai French Restaurant was truly an unforgettable evening. The twilight view, perfect weather, impeccable service, the incredible presentation and flavor of the food; everything magical. There is first class quality everywhere on this property and the staff is just plain wonderful! Merci mille fois (thank you a thousand times)

Review:   Awful Experience. The Conrad falls far far short of a 5 star resort from what I have seen at many real 5 star resorts. We thought the food was awful. I mean really really bad. They have a really bad fly problem and while there are some really truly caring employees for the most part the service levels just aren't anywhere close to where they should be! I highly recommend booking somewhere beside the Conrad! It's very expensive and not worth the money!!!

Review:   Very beautiful. Amazing snorkelling just off the beach within the buoyed of area surrounding the resort. Free kayaking, paddling boarding, snorkelling gear and paddle boats for rent. On a separate island so leaving is more complex. You'll need to have paid activities come to pick up up or pay $15 per person to leave the island. Limited dining options at the resort, so you'll probably want to leave you visit restaurants on the larger island. All resort dining options are expensive. Breakfast buffet is just ok.
