Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Very happy with the room. Being an Ibis it is cheaper accommodation and for the money I think you actually get more than you pay for. My 1:00am check-in went like clockwork. Staff were expecting me and I was greeted by name. He was super friendly and efficient as well. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. Bed is a king and very comfortable. I’d definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Review:   We were more than happy with all aspects of our stay. Staff were great, Room was clean & tidy just what was expected. Breakfast was enjoyed on 3 of the mornings we stayed. Nice & central we walked to our conference at another hotel 10 - 15 minutes away. The early check in at about 8 in the morning was much appreciated as the weather was wet & cold that day. Thank you all for a lovely relaxing stay.

Review:   Great location right in the middle of Christchurch City. It is within walking distance of the shopping centre, transit centre, and other tourist attractions. If you are in town on Fridays, do check out the night food market behind the hotel, at the Cathedral square. The room itself has everything you need and is clean. Room service is excellent.
