This tour was designed to deliver the best of both worlds. Athens is a must for a first visit, but the heat of the sun can ruin the day, so we found the best antidote to be an afternoon visit to the beach.

Begin your tour at the Acropolis, one of the most photographed and recognizable hills in the entire world. Accompanied by your guide, you will walk up the uneven footpath leading to the summit. Sights include the Propylaea, the Temple of Apteros Niki, the Erectheum and, of course, the Parthenon.
You will then visit the heart of the Agora, an architectural complex made up of a vast rectangular court surrounded by colonnades, that in the past served as a political, cultural, and religious center where Athenians would gather. A short stop at Plaka, around the base of the Acropolis, will round out your trip.
Your ride out of the heavy traffic in Athens quickly becomes a relief as you head for the coastal road that takes you through lovely resort areas. You will immediately feel a sense of calm after the congestion of the big city. The ride is refreshing and you will find your afternoon to be the same.
Our beach club is one of the best in the Athens area. Its soft sands are located on a private peninsula, and leafy green plants provide privacy and atmosphere. Beach chairs, towels, and sun umbrellas are provided, and a snack bar and shower rooms with lockers are available. You'll also find all manner of watersports to pursue, available for purchase on site. Sit back, grab a bite to eat and soak in the views on this beautiful beach.
The price of this tour includes private transportation throughout, an English-speaking guide for the city tour and Acropolis, an English-speaking assistant to accompany you during the beach day, Acropolis entrance fees, and full beach facilities, including chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
Groups of 1-3 people will be transported by private new Mercedes Taxi. Groups of over 3 people will be transported by by 17-seater mini-coach, in accordance with Athenian law.
