Surfing or bodyboarding are two unavoidable sports in Tahiti. However, rare are the schools on the 'Fenua' that offer initiation or improvement classes.

Olivier Napias, BEES 2nd levelThe TURA'I MATAARE surfing school, established in June 1995, was created by Olivier Napias, the only one instructor with a Government-certified 2nd level diploma in surfing in the country.

This passionate teacher gives initiation and advanced classes in both surfing and body boarding.

The objective is to allow everyone from age 5 to get initiated and develop skills in these disciplines, in full safety, with proper supervision and quality equipment.
