Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Nice sized comfortable rooms. Buildings are spread out throughout property so expect to walk. Ocean views are distant in most buildings. Pool temperatures were too cold at cliffside pool but more tolerable at main pool. Easy to find available pool chairs but pool bar service was slow when it even existed. Staff on property were very friendly, especially Shannon at the bell desk/valet.

Review:   If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Our six day stay was wonderful, aside from the fact that the weather wasn’t as cooperative as we had hoped. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast buffet. Comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom villa. Large balcony was used often.

Review:   Nice place. Very good staff. You can walk to the mall in Princeville which is nice. I recommend it. Pool full of kids. They have a couple other more laid back smaller pools. Not a party place that’s ok. Shuts down early. Did not like the concierge pushing the time share. 2 women were having a huge argument late at night next store with thin walls and an expensive cost to stay.

Review:   Only stayed there for one night but the service was great! Do not expect the St-Regis as far as scenery goes but for what it advertise it is spot on. When I told the front desk it was for our first night as husband and wife I was upgraded and they staged the room nicely. Nice views from the balcony. Room was roomy, kitchen was large and well furnished.
