Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I absolutely love the Sheridan on Waikiki Beach. I walk through here every single day I just can't get enough of this place. The shopping is exiting I see something different every time I'm here. I come and have a couple of beers on occasion charge up my and just enjoy the one of kind scenery. They have direct access to Waikiki Beach I mean this place has it all. You need to see this place for yourself to believe it.

Review:   Wow! Had such a fabulous stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect- right on the water with private beach front. The infinity pool was by far my favorite. Also really appreciated the hospitality room, they let you shower in after you check out so you have a bit more time to enjoy the beach and pools. Would love to come back!

Review:   This hotel is not great! When we checked in we were given our keys up to our room we went...it was NOT CLEAN! There was still the tip on bed and everything! They came up to "clean", apparently we have different opinions on what that means! There was coffee stains on wall and bed still, when I pulled sheet down there was chocolate on the sheets, tub still had hair a soap residue in it, coffee wasn't restocked, and they just kept telling us the room had been cleaned! The deck, although a beautiful view, had broken tiles and was cracking on the floor covered by a rug! Not my idea of high end hotel! Why in the world do the pools close so EARLY!! We got a hospitality room (which was more like a closet), I noticed there was no lock on the inside which freaked me out! My husband said we have the only key, still freaked out I stood in front of the door to change.....good thing I did, as I was completely undressed someone attempted to come in (a worker) NO KNOCKING JUST TRIED TO ENTER!! WE WERE IN A SCHEDULE TIME SLOT, WHY, WHY, WHY, WOULD A WORKER COME IN!! The best part was the beach, it was beautiful! The front desk people were Awesome, as well, but can't make up for ALL the wrong!

Review:   Very nice property! The entire first floor is basically a mall. I actually didn't stay here overnight, I just came over to see the nightly light show at the pool! It's short but very cool to see! Appropriate for the whole family. It goes at 8pm and 9pm every night

Review:   Enjoyed staying here and spending time by the relaxing infinity pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach and near by shopping centers and grocery stores. Sits in the heart of Waikiki, Honolulu. Has some good views of the near by mountains and beach as well.
