Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Great location with a good view. If you are lucky and get one of the Ocean viewing rooms on the top floor you experience of staying in the hotel increases 10 fold. Lot of in house shopping options, located near a shopping mall and shopping district, ideal for tourists. Only drawback i see is there is now 24/7 room service so if you crave food late night you need to go out. Which is a bummer for me. Lastly how can i forget the swimming pool and water sports area that is like the icing of the cake if you stay with your family.

Review:   The beachfront rooms have spectacular views. The infinity pool that blends into the ocean horizon was very cool. They also have a regular pool, plenty of lounge chairs, some table games like billards and a spa. My room was clean and the staff a super friendly. Also situated very close to a myriad of shops and local restaurants. Would gladly book again.

Review:   Gorgeous Hotel, perfect setting, nice staff. So convenient and close to everything! Loved the pool bars and the international community at the hotel. Free hula classes, Yoga classes and night shows at the pool were a great time and kept us healthy and happy!

Review:   Didn't stay here but attended a conference. Good conference rooms. Amazing swimming pool range - adults only infinity pool, hot tub, kids pools, but no shower available for visitors to use after swimming in the bathrooms. Lots of pricey shopping and eating options.

Review:   We are here now and loving it. We've been to Waikiki several times but this is the first time at this property. The room is very clean and comfortable. Cheryl at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. The wait service from Heather at the pool has been fantastic. We're being treated like royalty.
