Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Gorgeous hotel, totally beautiful gardens, one of the nicest pools I have ever been in, the water was so warm, it was so easy to get into. The garden room was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, quite luxurious, loved the layout with double sinks (his and hers😁), big deep bath, large shower room with drench shower and hand held shower, fabulous soap, shower gel and shampoo. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, absolutely delightful. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want, western food, eastern food, nothing missing, very good quality. Beautiful beach. I really relaxed and enjoyed myself here. Would definitely recommend. Honestly, did not want to leave.

Review:   Great if it's what you're looking for. It's very relaxing and safe, but it's not got much of the classic Thailand night life. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this place is great.

Review:   This place was a bit disappointing. Having returned from Koh Madsum which was amazing despite having 4 stars, we arrived at this 5 star hotel which is more expensive, and found that almost everything was worse which was quite a shock for me and a real let down. -The room was really basic, I know that for sure are better rooms for a lot more money, but having stayed in a so much better room in the previous hotel that even a had a private pool, being then in a basic hotel room that was more expensive and there was not even a bath tub was a complete downer. -We found a small rip on the sheets -The room was on a third floor and there was not even a lift to get there -The pool closed way too soon -The pool had hot tubs but were not working -The beach in front was mediocre with dirty water specially comparing to Koh Madsum hotel with had crystal clear water -The staff was friendly and tried to help but anything we asked was always a complete confusion where asking something simple as a spoon in the breakfast the staff had always to ask for help to their superior and took ages for a resolve -Everything was completely overpriced, they gave us a voucher for the spa when we checked in, but with the prices there was completely unusable - As positive thing is that they offered us cake and champagne for our honey moon.

Review:   Lovely peaceful hotel. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast with choice of full English, continental and thai food. With only a small walk for evening food.lovely selection of Thai food and different cuisines from different countries. Just adding to our review we just returned back from our holiday. Like to thank all of the hotel staff for such a magical and peaceful stay We even had large umbrellas in our room. Which came in useful on the last but one night of our stay . The rain did not stop us going out. The only negative comment is the restaurant at the hotel and bar is very expensive. If they reduced the price of the meals we may have eat there more often. We had the complimentary free meals for our eleven night stay which was a beautiful 3 course meal with two bottle of wine between four of us. This was beautifully presented meal. We ordered some water and was charged £5 for two small bottles of water. This is a our first stay in Thailand and we would recommend this hotel and resort .
