Overview

Sheraton Full Moon Maldives has a laid-back philosophy for their guests, where friendly staff with a high commitment of service assures a hassle free holiday with those small luxuries you are used to.

Whether you seek relaxation or adrenaline, we've got you covered. The luxurious Shine Spa for Sheraton is nestled on its own private island, and our lagoon plays host to exciting water sports and 40 nearby dive sites offer you endless exploration.

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is situated on its own island - one of 250 inhabited isles among the over 1,100 comprising the Republic of Maldives - and is surrounded by tropical turquoise waters and its own lagoon. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport by speedboat - so guests will not be inconvenienced with overnight stays in Malé or long waits for seaplane transfers.

Malé also has more to offer than sight-seeing. Shopping is always an option, especially at the renowned Northern end of Chaandhanee Magu. From traditional artifacts to the latest technology, Malé has it all. Have a glimpse at the lively fish market, the hub of commercial activities. Or head over to the fruit bazaar to feast on some delicious Maldivian coconuts.

Finish your visit to Malé at one of the many great local cafes and enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea after a long day uncovering the beauty of Malé.

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   15 -20 minutes from the airport by a boat. The staff is really nice which is important when you are spending a week on a single island resort. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of food, different cuisines each day and a variety of vegetarian (for people who do). The place is a bit dead, most of the activities are snorkeling, SAP, and swimming. The hotel gives a free boat ride to see dolphins which is very nice. The view from the resort is beautiful. The diving center staff are very nice, yet the diving prices are very expensive. Overall- good.

Review:   One of the best resort in Maldives. It will take around 15 mins by boat to reach resort, from the airport. Rooms are good, perfect for honeymoon. They got safe in room, bathroom has tub, hair dryer, iron, bar and refreshments. 3 options are available for stay at this resort. Various restaurants are available, as per different tastes of guests. Breakfast is super delicious, with numerous options to eat. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Resort has gym, spa, water sports and plenty other options. My stay was very memorable at this resort.

Review:   It is a superb resort with star class service and facilities. Food was lovely as well. This is expensive hotel and the extra meals and drinks cost a bit. But any way you choose a hotel in this caliber after checking the prices and all. It has a lovely little beach bar and spent most of the day time there. Something you have to cautious about is sting fish. When sting fish is around life guards will not let you to enter the water.

Review:   I felt like I belong here from the moment I stepped onto the white sandy beaches and into the warm, clear waters of this tropical oasis. Staff are friendly and sincere in their wish and I had an unforgettable stay. This resort is located on North Male Atoll, and just a short speed boat ride from Velaanaa International Airport. Indulge in wide selections of culinary choices – be it Thai, Mediterranean, Grills or local seafood delicacies, four delightful restaurants offer something special to suit all tastes.

Review:   We just stayed for one week at this resort and had an amazing time. The island, water and resort facilities are beautiful. Having traveled all the way from Australia, the trip was worth it. Our stay was made particularly special by a staff member responsible for cleaning our waterfront bungalow. His name is Hussain Faradheen and we can not speak highly enough of him, his friendliness and professionalism. Thankyou Hussain for a truly special holiday.
