Enjoy an off-road trip to Bonaire's Lac Bay National Park and Beach. Your trip begins the moment you meet your safari bus equipped with 4WD and a full sun shade. This rugged vehicle is the perfect way to explore the off road sites and terrain of Bonaire. The mangrove forest of Lac Bay is one of the best-preserved mangrove forests in the Caribbean and it's home to a rich variety of birds, including the beautiful flamingo. Driving through the Lac Bay National Park, your guide will be on the lookout for wildlife sightings and you will have many opportunities to photograph the wildlife.
Most of Bonaire's beaches consist of rocky coral, but Lac Bay is a beautiful sandy beach where you will enjoy a refreshing dip in some of the world's best-protected waters. Stopping at the natural bay beach is one of the best reasons to visit the park. Pristine and picturesque with fisherman's huts and piles of empty conch seashells along the coastline.
- This is considered an easy physical tour, but this is done in a 4WD open safari vehicle that is meant for off-roading.
