Delicious Thai food in a vibrant, bustling neighborhood.
Bangkok’s Chinatown is one of the world’s most renowned street food destinations. This dining district is a favorite among the locals, making it the perfect location for an authentic food tour.
In the early evening we will head to the bustling Chinatown neighborhood, which is part of Old Bangkok dating back to 1782. This area houses much of Bangkok’s Chinese population, many of whom came to Thailand as laborers tasked with building the new capital. When Chinese immigrants came to Bangkok, they brought their delicious cuisine along with them. During this tour, you'll get a taste of the mouth-watering Thai-Chinese cuisine traditions.
During this tour, we will enjoy a behind-the-scenes adventure indulging in the local sights and flavors of this “foodie” neighborhood. There is a good chance to see the local cooks at a wok station (cooking station) and hear their stories through your guide. Sample delicious treats from some of Bangkok’s favorite street vendors, local eateries and restaurants nearby before returning to your hotel.
