Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Fantastic place for families! So much to keep young toddlers to teenagers entertained all day!! Definitely not the place if you like nice beach and ocean view rooms but if you don't mind spending time at pools and arcades instead of beaches, this is the resort for you and your family. I dare to say that they have the best quality foods at both buffets and a la carte restaurants. It really is huge even walking within the main lobby building but my kid also liked taking golf cart rides between buildings. Room service was much quicker than some other equivalent resorts and taking bubble bath in the gigantic jacuzzi bath tub, which is a standard feature in all rooms, is another fun way to end the day for kids. I would go back at a heart beat for sure!!

Review:   We just returned from a 4 night stay at the grand. We had the swim up room in building 93. The rooms are spacious and the swim up add on is totally worth it. The pool by your room is heated and you can use it 24 hours. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate and the staff finishes every sentence with”it is a pleasure “. The stay was amazing and we will definitely return. The water park is still closed except for the lazy river, kiddie zone and wave pool but even that was a lot of fun.

Review:   The rooms where great but the service was very poor. I ordered a cup of hot water and right away the person said that i had to wait 5 minutes for the cup of hot water even though the hot water machine was right next to her. all the water slides were closed and all of the food there had a exact same taste. I even got a sunny side up egg that had no yolk on it. DON'T GO!!!!

Review:   MY PLEASURE! those are the words the staff at the GRAND at moon palace mostly use. This Resort is truly GRAND, Beautiful, Plentiful & luxurious! It’s brand new, HIGH END finishes are surely impressive. With all the ENDLESS ACTIVITIES for kids and adults you will NEVER GET BORED. The restaurant meals and food, ice cream, unlimited drinks & room service are simply Amazing. Bottom Line, this place is a No Brainer.

Review:   Very disappointed with the vacation planners. They lie and say you can use resort credit on certain activities, then at check out you are charged for most of them. You see many people complaining or even shouting out of frustration. We also scheduled a New Years Eve transportation to CoCo Bongo and we never got picked up. The resort did not take responsibility for this and we had to pay for an overpriced taxi to get back (No money was refunded). Overall, this place is a rip off for the amount you pay. Room service was a joke (hardly any food selection after 10:30pm and our room rarely got cleaned/restocked), the shower would not stay a consistent temperature, and we got locked out of our room. Besides the vacation planners, all the other employees were great. Sadly, I would not come back to this resort and I highly recommend that people stay AWAY from this place!
