Hotel Sugar Beach

Our boutique hotel is set on the secluded beach cove of Playa Pan de Azúcar, just steps away from the ocean. The shelter of the cove protects the warm Pacific waters from strong currents. This small light-sand beach is fun for all ages, with gentle waves to practice boogie-boarding and surfing, and good snorkeling along the northern and southern points, where turtles, rays, trumpetfish, parrotfish and many more tropical marine species swim in the clear waters.

Located in the Potrero area in Guanacaste, we share the natural beauty with nearby beaches such as Danta, Prieta, Flamingo. We are also 35 minutes away from the lively Tamarindo Beach area.

We are a hotel committed to the sustainability and preservation of Pan de Azúcar beach. We are part of the Blue Flag program and we are ranked with 4 Green Leaves from the I.C.T. Certificate of Sustainable Tourism.
