Sleep in, then get your adrenaline going!
This is a wonderful way for those who have experienced the Golden Circle but want to snowmobile the glacier. This late start allows you to sleep in this morning as well!
Perhaps you have experience the Golden Circle before. Or maybe your interests lie elsewhere, like a good night's sleep. For whatever the reason, this adventure is a shortcut to the Langjokull Glacier. Without haste you depart on your journey directly to the glacier. Excitement rises as you get close to your destination.
Once you arrive, you board your machine and head for the snowfields. Expect an hour snowmobile ride whether winter or summer, surrounded by mountains and ice fields.
Your adrenaline rush begins right away and takes you right though your time on the glacier.
Take all those photos home and make sure you date them especially if you did this in the summertime!
- No previous experience necessary.
- The snowmobiles are priced as shared. If you wish to be alone on the machine, purchase the additional cost for a private ride.
- We suggest you wear warm, waterproof clothing and good, waterproof hiking boots. Bring your camera.
- For snowmobiling, a winter suit – grovel –hood - helmet and shoe covers are available.
- Food, beverages, and gratuities are not included.
- This shared program accommodates approximately 10 people.
- The location of the snowmobile is dependent on weather and road conditions and may change.
- Price is per person based on 2 people on each snowmobile.
- You must have a valid driver's license with you to drive this snowmobile.
- You must be 6 years old to ride with your parent on a snowmobile.
- Book early in order to avoid the disappointment of sell-outs. Please note we may have alternative tour options at a higher cost.
Days offered: 7 days a week
Departures:- 09:30 AM, duration: 8 hours Pickup begins at 9:30 and should be complete close to 10:00. Length of tour is approximate.
