Overview



Located next door to Majestic Elegance, Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, will have fewer rooms, but offer guests more space, more luxury, and more amenities, simply put more Majestic! The resort was recently opened, in December 2016.

Majestic Mirage is the ultimate all Suite (1000 sq-ft) resort in Punta Cana for a clientele which demand a sophisticated and luxurious variety of facilities and services in an all inclusive resort offering 510 breathtaking One Bedroom Suites with Jacuzzi.

The hotel will be more adult oriented with five exclusive buildings dedicated to adults and two buildings for families with children. All guests in both Mirage Club (18yrs+) and Family Club Section buildings will be indulged and treated to the Majestic Supreme amenities and facilities. Review:   I was there for a wedding 5/25/18-5/30/18, it was so beautiful. The staff was so helpful. My Majordomo (Butler) Ramon was the best. He assured that all of our needs were met and everywhere we ran into him he was always asking how we were doing and if there was anything he could do for us. We loved it so much we will be returning in January.

Review:   Wow what I say about this place best of the best. The room is out of this world. The staffing is awesome. Best of all is the Butler you get. My guy was the best his name is Ramon he hooked it up. What ever I need he was there to get it. Definitely going back. food was good cold be better though. But these resorts need to have more Dominican food.

Review:   We loved our stay in our jr. suite. Franklin made all of our dinner reservations for us. He had our room decorated with at cake, champagne and balloons for our Anniversary. Everyone we encountered was friendly and hard working. Juan Bernardo Ortiz treated us like royalty at the pool. He saved our chairs with fresh clean towels everyday. He served us our drinks all day long along with a nice cool damp cloth to refresh with. Luis (Michael Jackson) took good care of us at the seafood restaurant and Rosa at the breakfast buffet. It is a beautiful and relaxing place to recharge. Cheryl W.

Review:   This place is "Amazing"!!!. It is a 5*+++++. The staff cannot do enough for you and the concierge service is second to none! Pablo is the best! The food is incredible and beach is simply breathtaking. When staying at the Mirage you have access to the other two Majestic resorts (not their food or drink). They have great little shops and a fully stocked pharmacy ( be prepared to pay over inflated USD for product). We are going back next year with a group of friends as we noticed that after 9:00 at night it gets pretty tame and quiet..... but you can head to the resort next door for amazing live band beach parties!!! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

Review:   We did not have a good experience here. Check in took a very long time. They checked me in under an incorrect name and did not correct it even after I told them numerous times. The view from the room was another hotel and construction fencing. The room smelled horrible and the shower had mildew. The line between the adult resort and the family side is pretty much nonexistent so if you really want an adult vacation this is not the place. The food was horrible and the buffet was constantly out of food. You are not permitted in the buffet if you are the slightest bit damp so make sure you are completely dry. They ran out of Heineken and served warm beer. The drinks were extremely watered down. The shows were mediocre at best. The service was horrible. It took 45 minutes just to get someone on the phone to order room service and then over an hour to get the food, which came cold. An employee in the buffet was actually telling people they had to tip her $5.00. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and we were never served. The sports bar is the only place open for 24 hours and smelled just as bad as our room. We purchased pictures through a photographer that was working for the resort. When we came home we saw numerous extra charges on our credit card that were not authorized by us. When we called the resort their response was to take it up with the bank. We had to cancel our card and we are now disputing the charges. When checking out we voiced all of our complaints and we were told we hope next time we come back they hope they can meet our expectations. There will never be a next time.
