My experience with invitations to homes of welcoming locals is so special. I have memories of new friends and incredible insight into cultures that are impossible to get any other way.
After your day touring the city, you will have some time to refresh before your driver arrives to take you for a special evening experience. Your ride will bring you to a modern residential neighborhood that was not part of your daily tour. Your guide who will accompany you will talk about modern life of the locals and how its changed over the last few years. Your dialogue will include information about government social programs as well as the daily routine of a typical Russian family.
You will arrive at a welcoming home where a local family will bring you into their home for a typical Russian dinner. The food alone will be informative but most important is the one-on-one interaction with your new friends. Learning of their lifestyle, the way they and their neighbors live, and about all aspects of Russian life will be an unforgettable experience and a highlight for sure.
This experience is private for you and your family or friends and includes everything you need, including the warmth of new friends.
- The price of this tour includes your driver, English-speaking guide, and dinner.
- This tour can take a maximum of 8 passengers. If you have a larger group we will use several homes and arrange to have you nearby.
