Overview
Get out of the city for a day and experience the beautiful Laurentian Mountain area!
You'll be picked up at your Montreal hotel or from the cruise ship pier and taken out to the Laurentian Mountains, where native Montrealers go when they want to head "up north"! The area is full of small towns, hiking and ski trails, lakes, and picturesque scenery.
Only an hour outside of Montreal you'll begin to see why so many people travel here for some down time away from the city. Saint Sauveur is known for its beautiful lakes, mountains, and a multitude of festivals. Saint Adolphe, which was founded in 1878, is a beautiful town that has endless open-air activities and beaches, and is set on Lake Saint-Joseph, the largest lake in the area. Saint Agathe is a four-season destination and has something to offer no matter when you stop in for a visit. Saint Jovite is a lively town with an abundance of boutiques, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
Your last stop of the day is Mont-Tremblant, which is the highest peak in the Laurentians and boasts incredible views. At the end of the day, you'll be transported back to Montreal and dropped off at your hotel or cruise ship.
