Overview

The perfect hike and drive combo.

It's almost impossible to hear the words "hidden waterfall" and not be intrigued. Combine these words with the location of Oahu and you may have just put together a can't miss hiking excursion.

Following your pickup you will head into the Manoa Valley rainforest to escape the crowded public trails. You will journey into the tropical vegetation of this classic Hawaiian wonderland, with a 200-foot private waterfall as your final destination. Along the way you can expect to encounter calming streams, tempting water pools and picturesque rock terrace lookouts. Your guide will provide you with some light trail snacks, bottled water and provide commentary on the many tropical plants, flowers and trees that you will come across on the hike.

In order to make the best use of your time, the next portion of your tour will be done by vehicle as you embark on a scenic driving tour. Your first stop will be a clifftop perch along the Ko'olau Summit Trail which provides breathtaking views of Waimanalo Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Other iconic places you will visit include Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Halona Point Blowhole and Sandy Beach Park.

This day captures all the best views, in the best ways possible and away from the crowds! Hawaii at it's finest.

- Please wear clothing, socks, and close-toed shoes that are appropriate for hiking. We recommend you bring a rain jacket. Rain ponchos will be available if necessary.
- Please note that this tour does not pick up from all hotels. If we are not able to pick up at the hotel you are staying at then a nearby pick up point will be provided. Specific meeting instructions will be provided upon confirmation. If you have questions, contact ShoreTrips.

- This hike is mild to moderate over a dirt trail with rocks and roots. Trail can be muddy and slippery when wet. Hiking time is approximately 1.5 hours and covers 2 miles round trip.
