Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was nicely designed with a little separate office space by using the desk as a separator. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff from the concierge, front reception, housekeeping, etc. were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too. A lot of times at other hotels you get food that you can tell that isn't the highest quality but the food here was top notch and had a mix of both western and eastern dishes. Only minor point is that the coffee served wasn't the best but it was fine.

Review:   Amazing place to stay. There was a mix up with our booking as we booked through trivago, Hilton staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made the experience a great one. What could have been a really bad weekend was turned into an amazing one. Every staff member we encountered treated us very well will definitely be staying with Hilton again and highly recommending

Review:   Terrible service in one of the ballroom functions where my daughter had her graduation dinner. There was minimal space between tables and staff presence was not scene. Not only that the line for drinks was so long parents had to wait in line while the festivities went on inside. Do not recommend booking a function here.

Review:   The view from my room was priceless. The access to downtown is second to none, just go out the back. The Executive Lounge is awesome. Great staff.

Review:   Nice place, really cool architecture. Was only here for the one night so didn't get a chance to check out all it had to offer. Would come again.
