Review:   Stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon in April 2017. We arrived early morning so we weren't able to check in. Front staff were friendly and we were able to leave our baggage with them so we could explore Auckland while we waited. They gave us vouchers for the restaurant so we could enjoy some breakfast before heading out. Restaurant had a great selection and the food was good. We arrived the day Cyclone Cook was set to arrive, which we weren't really aware of.. We ended up downtown in the middle of a torrential downpour and by time we made it back to the hotel, we were soaked. Needless to say, we got a room right away. The room was nice, the bed was comfy and the bathtub relaxing. I would also like to commend the janitorial staff for their prompt cleanup of the puddles we produced at the front desk.

Review:   Nice big comfy room with ample storage in the form of wardrobes but no drawers. Bathroom was spacious with bath and seperate shower. Bed was comfy and air con was efficient. Not the best view in the world but there for work so not an issue. I liked that you could pop a card in the bed asking for your room not to be serviced and in return you got $10 off food in the hotel. Breakfast downstairs was standard buffet fare. Not the best I have seen but a good selection of hot and cold items. Oddly you had to pay extra for proper coffee but the stuff from the machine was free. Lovely chatty and helpful staff.

Review:   Nice hotel. Have also stayed in the Melbourne one. Good location and nice food around. The queen size bed is a combination of 2 single beds as you can feel the groove if you sleep in the middle. Other than that all cool for me.

Review:   This hotel was gorgeous! The service was awesome. Our room was gorgeous and even though we didn't use the pool or gym, it looked fantastic. All amenities were on point. Would definitely stay here again!

Review:   Decent place to stay. But very unhappy with customer treatment. Arrived 9.30am and stayed one night, asking for a late checkout due to evening flight. Was seriously asked to pay for another full day and upgrade. I understand the logic but when I sleep one night and am asked to pay for 3 days then a line is crossed. I am.a very frequent traveller for many of years, but this experience is unique to me. And not nice, sorry.
