Review:   Refurbed rooms on top floor with harbour views good. Attended company function over 3 days & the hotel staff were attentive & helpful. Facilities good but not exceptional. Mass catering could be better. Good central location. Nothing to differentiate it from other hotels.

Review:   A great hotel just a short walk into the city. Our room has views out to the port and across the harbor to Devenport. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food and beverage cannot be faulted. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone including freshly made pancakes and omelettes. The pool, steam room and jacuzzi are a relaxing interlude after exploring the city. We thoroughly recommend you book here.

Review:   We stayed here for just one night after fling into NZ and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the front were all friendly and efficient. The room was great and the location is convenient being only a few minute walk to the shopping and restaurants on Queen St. The only thing I could fault were the staff at the bar could lift their game a bit. Two of them did not acknowledge us while standing at the bar for a few minutes and it was only when the manager walked in he apologised for the wait and said that someone would be with us shortly. When we finally ordered they did not know what the wine was my wife ordered from the list and spilled it all over the glass when pouring it without cleaning it off. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back here.

Review:   Clean and modern business hotel. Was a great place to land on our first night of a 3 week honeymoon! Great amenities, huge pool w sauna & hot tub. Location was easy walking to City center. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Great splurge!

Review:   For a five star hotel, it’s not worth the value you pay, there are other hotels nearby with better quality and service. - room is old and run down with cracks on wall - bad service - housekeeping left dirty rubbish on table after cleaning - There was a fire alarm.I got told to walked down fire stairs out in the cold, i hv back ache. whilst I was walking down the stairs during fire alarm, i noted I was the only guest asked to do that , rest of guest were doing their is activity as usual.Asked to wait in lobby for 20min. Day after was told it’s a miscommunication. - server at breakfast was rude and double standards to Asians. Only Plus point - chef cooks up good delicious food . I would recommend the restaurant for meal but definitely not for stay.
