Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   An absolutely wonderful stay! They were extremely kind to our 2 year-old son, making it an extra-special stay!

Review:   Truly awful experience from start to finish. The 5K drive on the rutted dirt road in order to get to the main lodge will damage any vehicle other than an SUV. Our 3 bedroom cottage was more like a shack. Multiple things In disrepair with no contact to the outside world. No internet or phone service including the internal land land that wasn’t functioning. We couldn’t stay there for safety reasons and moved up the the main lodge. The room was old and tired with the bathroom having multiple exposed or broken light bulbs. This place is by far the biggest rip off in the region. The property managers who have been on site for 10 days explained they hope to have the drive up paved at some point as well as internet and phone service in all the cottages. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Review:   Absolutely horrible driveway, doesnt look like they have made any attempt to improve it. Not suitable for cars. They need signs to indicate the pot holes etc. Never going there again

Review:   Went there for our friends 60th, it was a beautiful experience. The staff made us feel very welcome and at home except this home had all the bells and whistles, and the wine and food was delish served by lovely guys with a smile. I hope to visit Treetops again thanks to all the staff concern.
