Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Great location, friendly staff, good food, live music, beautiful views, and has a private beach. The room we stayed in was clean w/ an oceanfront view. Just prepare to pay a little high for the food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay at Caribe Hilton and I am planning my next trip back very soon! I pray for the all residents of Puerto Rico, especially the ones effected by the hurricanes; such beautiful people and beautiful island.

Review:   A little on the pricey side, but it was well worth it! We paid extra to have the beach view too. Nice and quiet at night and the beds were great to sleep in. Coming from Maine the room AC doesn't get below 70 degrees, but that was the worst of it. Our room was nice and clean, as was the whole place. Just spotless. They have a great morning buffet, well stocked bar, a Starbucks on the beach! and a restaurant on site, Morton's. Which was also amazing! We stayed 2 times while we were in PR, and plan on doing it again. Planing our next trip.

Review:   Very Nice Experience and Great Views of the ocean and the beach. I liked that I could walk along the beach, I even walked out on the pier and was able to see many tropical fishing swimming around the pier. The fish were moving in and out as the waves came in and out. I also got a text as soon as I checked into my room checking in with me to see if everything was ok, which I liked, so the service was great.

Review:   We booked a room with ocean view and unfortunately were given a room that did not over look the ocean. This was resolved fairly quickly and we were upgraded to a higher floor. Had some issues with the ac and door sensor (as the ac is turned off if the door senses it's open) but over all this is a very nice place to stay in PR!

Review:   The hotel is in a great location. Offers great pool and ocean access. Has on site Starbucks. However , the rooms are definitely in need of some updating. Even the fixtures are rusting away. The continental breakfast is mediocre and basic hotel coffee. Eggs were an extra $7.00!!! And tasted like they were cooked in corn tortillas. Everything is overpriced, but I expected more value. Great place to try out, but wouldn't recommend an overly extended stay.
