This is the perfect tour for those who want an in-depth visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima.

Your day begins with a drive northeast of Lisbon to visit Fátima and its sanctuary. This is the site where Our Lady of Fátima, The Blessed Virgin Mary, appeared six times to three shepherd children between May 13 and October 13, 1917. She came to the little village of Fatima, which had remained faithful to the Catholic Church during persecutions by the government.

Since then, millions of people have made pilgrimages to this shrine to pray, pay their respects, and feel its mystical strength. The Sanctuary Square is so big that it can only be described in numbers: it can receive up to 300,000 visitors at one time and is twice the size of St. Peter's Square in the Vatican.

After visiting the sanctuary, you will have some time on your own before heading back to Lisbon.

- Cruise ship passengers will be met at the cruise terminal by their guide, who will then escort them to the touring vehicle, about a 5-10 minute walk from the pier. Hotel guests will be picked up at their hotel.
