Set sail and catch a glimpse of Bermuda's most famous and secluded homes, only accessible by water! Consider this Bermuda's version of a Hollywood homes tour. Bermuda often brings to mind images of sprawling shoreline and tropical drinks, but it is rarely recognized for its unique and extravagant architecture. Take a beautiful, exclusive boat tour and behold some of the breathtaking displays of native architectural achievement, which burst with incredible pastel color palettes that echo with the vibrant personality Bermudian culture. Your journey starts with a visit to the secluded "Millionaire's Row,” which is home to Bermuda’s rich and famous. While most aren't permanent residents, these homeowners all have one thing in common - an appreciation for Bermuda unparalleled beauty. Sit back and relax as you sail along Bermuda's pristine shoreline, your guide will be sure to entertain and share with you some hilarious anecdotes and historical facts. Homes of Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, James Martin (Texas Instruments Founder), Eugen O'Niell, William Denslow (Illustrator from Wizard of Oz), and Hezekiah Frith will be just some of the highlights. In addition to some of the extravagant residential designs, your guide will also point out some other famous architectural landmarks with deep historical meaning to the territory of Bermuda. One particularly interesting landmark is the Gibb's Hill Lighthouse which is the oldest cast iron lighthouse in the Western Hemisphere. Gibb's Hill Lighthouse was erected to protect Bermuda's endless tropical coral reefs which surround the archipelago. Before you start thinking about investing in a Bermudian estate, know that these homes cost a pretty penny. Bermudian land is one of the world's most costly and limited commodities! - We suggest you bring a light jacket/windbreaker as it might be windy during cooler months. - Beverages are not included but can be purchased from the boat's cash bar. - There will be a shaded lower deck, but the upper deck is open air with only partial shade. Don't forget sunscreen! - Please note that this tour is weather dependent. - Please note that this tour typically operates from April to October only. It does not operate during the winter months.
