The new iconic Hyatt Ziva Cancun, catering to guests of all ages, adds another fantastic location to our All Inclusive Resorts collection.
Overview
The inspiring pyramid-style architecture by Roberto Legoretta has been re-imagined for sophisticated travelers of all ages.
The resort has several brand-new lagoon-style swimming pools overlooking the ocean - complete with swim-up bars and a secluded adults-only pool. Guests will also delight in the famous Dolphin Encounter, an interactive dolphin habitat that encourages connections between people and these magnificent marine mammals, while also supporting ocean preservation.
Of course, a daily highlight of Hyatt Ziva Cancun is the extensive selection of all-inclusive dining options on property and the many activities, sports, and entertainment available any time of day or evening. With its ideal position on the northern corner of the Yucatan peninsula, the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is surrounded on three sides by the sparkling waters of the Caribbean. This makes it perfect for diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and swimming, as well as serving as a perfect backdrop for special events and weddings.
Each of the 379 guest suites in the Pyramid and Tower buildings will exceed the expectations of today’s travelers with views of the sea, furnishings reflecting the colors of the Caribbean and spa-style bathrooms. Guests will enjoy a number of in-room amenities, including a complimentary refreshment bar stocked with soft drinks and adult beverages. The resort’s Club Premium Suites offer larger floor plans and unique features, such as swim-up areas with splash pools and Club Premium service.

Recommended for: Family Resort, great for all ages and destination weddings
Pros: I stayed at this resort back in December 2020 and I would definitely stay there again for the following reasons: 1-Safety first: All staff wear their mask and they have stringent safety and cleanliness protocols 2- Very attentive staff that never walk past you without saying hello and asking you if you need anything 3-Spacious rooms and they have swim-out suites 4-Dolphins on-site so you don't have to leave the resort to go swimming with the dolphins 5-Great selection of restaurants with my favorite being the beachside Mexican restaurant 6-Great daytime and nighttime entertainment for all ages . Cons: I don't have any negative. |

Pros: This is a lively, fun resort in a great location in Cancun. Beautiful views, beautiful water, and beautiful beach. They even have a microbrewery and a really cute candy shop! I was very impressed when I toured it, and I have had a bachelor party here as well as families, and everyone loved it! Cons: It can be windy at times. |
