In 1910 this elegant patrician house became "Hotel Cappuccini", a meeting point for artists and intellectuals such as the great Luigi Pirandello, who stayed here in the 1930’s. The recent renovations have enhanced an exclusive blend of past and present ensuring the hotel provides a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing holiday - an ideal place for visiting Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the archaeological excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum and Vesuvius.
The Hotel Corallo is a historic hotel from the early 1900’s overlooking the sea. Thanks to its particular structure it is able to offer a variety of rooms all different in their genre. Extensively renovated in 2013, the 53 rooms classified into six different categories dependent on the facilities, are finely furnished and all have window, balcony or terrace with sun loungers. They are equipped with air-conditioning, free wifi internet access, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe and LCD TV. The rooms are classified as follows: Standard (window with view of the interior), Classic (sea-view window front or side), Superior and Deluxe (balcony with sea view), Executive and Suite (panoramic terrace with sea view). Each room is characterised with furniture created by Sorrentine craftsmen, custom made curtains and bathrooms decorated with the renowned maiolica from Vietri.

Our service is supported by specially selected professional staff who are ready to satisfy the wishes of even the most discerning of guests. The Hotel Corallo Sorrento has a beach shared with the lido "La Marinella". The entrance to the beach is 50 metres from the hotel and is easily accessible by elevator or on foot via the charming pedestrian pathway of roman origin excavated into the tufa rock.
