Need expert help?

Laura Beyer   Meet Laura, one of our travel experts for Mexico.

For over 10 years I've owned and operated Together in Paradise Travel. I started from the ground up and have successfully planned and arranged numerous vacations, many of which were honeymoons and 15-20 destination weddings. As a travel professional, I'm not only your best advocate, I protect your precious vacation dollars and hours. I’ve been there, seen the resorts, know the locations and I take time to get to know you as well as possible. So I do a great job at matching you with the right experience. I have great relationships with travel suppliers so often times I'm able to get you great perks, added amenities, VIP treatment and much more....that in itself is enough to beat the online giants. Close your eyes and picture where your next vacation is spent, then get ahold of me and share you dream. Together, we'll find your paradise!

We'll Match Any Price

We have access to virtually every travel special out there. Our agents make a commission from the travel wholesalers, same as every other agent or online travel site.

Now you can see and taste the island!

This tour has a little bit of Cozumel suited for all ages.

Join a group of folks all bent on seeing the best that Cozumel has to offer. Your tour will begin as you board your bus and head off to Mi Mexico Lindo for a tequila tasting. After a warm welcome, a complete demonstration of the tequila extraction process will provide insight to why this Mexican spirit is so popular. Enjoy a few sips if you desire, or just enjoy watching your fellow tour mates taste and make interesting faces. Tequila tends to do that to everyone.

Our next stop is the Mayan Cacao Company where you will see a chocolate demonstration and tasting.

For the cooking portion you will have your own work station in a state-of-the-art kitchen to be shared with 3 other committed eaters. The object is to learn how to make a 3-course Mexican dinner and each step of the way you will enjoy your demo and then apply the lessons personally. This extremely organized experience will deliver an appetizer of corn tortillas with shrimp in a tomato and chipotle sauce with a topping of the traditional cheese, lettuce and cream. Shrimp can be replaced with chicken breast or potato if you prefer. A lesson in entrees brings you fish covered in sautéed veggies with a tamarind and chili powder sauce, all wrapped in foil and grilled. This is definitely a useful recipe to take home with you for entertaining. And always there is a dessert! Enjoy caramelized plantains with cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with a chocolate and tequila sauce.

Along with your entire time at the facility, you will have a national open bar included. Purified bottled water, draft beer, assorted soft drinks, juice, mixed drinks with tequila, mezcal, brandy, rum, vodka such as margaritas, piña colada, rum punch, daiquiris assorted flavors, American coffee and Mexican wine.

- Full facilities are available at the water park. Restrooms, showers, changing rooms and locker rentals (not included).
- We recommend bringing biodegradable sunscreen, camera, cash or credit cards.

- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
- You must be at least 12 years old to participate in the cooking class.
