About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   A massive complex of a hotel which can feel a bit like a university student accommodation big you're down at the back. The rooms are perfectly fine, the free 1GB wifi works everywhere, the reception area, bar and restaurant are all good enough. Happy to see local craft beer available at the bar. The buffet breakfast was exactly as expected, nothing exceptional but certainly edible. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Now, the pool, was a massive disappointment as it was freezing, tiny and inside what felt like a shed with no roof.

Review:   We arrived before check-in and the staff were very kind about storing our bags so we could go explore the city without them. Once we did come back, the staff were kind enough to offer to carry our bags to our rooms. The room was very clean and crisp looking. There were three double beds, two chairs, one dresser, one desk, a wardrobe, and a lovely area to store a few bags not on the floor. There was a mini fridge and water, wine, and coffee glasses as well as some coffee and tea options with a French press. The bathroom was clean and lovely. There were plenty of outlets and lights for us in the room. There was also an overhead fan in case we needed it. It was really a wonderful room and the hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Review:   Really disappointed with this hotel. In fact its not a hotel, its a motel...Staff were rude and swore in front of my son, joking with each other. The room was a bottom floor room, it smelt strongly of air freshener which after a few hours dissipated and I was left with the smell of mold. The WiFi stopped working after 2 hours and asked me to pay more. There was intermittent random beeping coming from who knows where the entire night. The walls are this and its easy to hear whats going on next door. Avoid this one if you can. We would have slept better in our car. No microwave, fridge is loud and next to the room. A/C battery was flat, carpet lifting, I can go on and on. Not worth $224.

Review:   All the posts about this hotel that day its good are clearly false. Do a room inspection before booking and you will discover the truth. The pool is tiny, the staff have not got a clue about the differences between the different types of rooms. Great view of the lake Hah. CAUTION DECEIT ALERT.

Review:   Good location, plenty of things to admire around the hotel and nearby. But first, you may need to get use to the smell. Room wise, it's reasonable. Don't expect 5-star cleanliness.
