Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Great family hotel. Easy child friendly walk into town. Free geothermal walk right beside hotel. Food was great. Rooms are older but have everything you need. Friendliest staff I have come across in a hotel.

Review:   Superb hotel. Great friendly staff. In particular Shane Ruri, who looked after me and my family, he even gave my niece a Sudima teddy bear that she absolutely loves she/we did not expect that!! Friendly down to earth person, but very professional and meticulous in his dealings. Gave me a good run down of the hotel and the facilities available. Someone I can easily call my “mate”. It’s a bargain when you great customer service on top of the best deal on a hotel away from home. All over enjoyed our stay at Sudima it’s a very beautiful maintained hotel in a prime location of Rotorua. We will return and hopefully Shane will be there to greet us. Thank you team Sudima and Shane.

Review:   Third stay at the hotel. Checked in but one room not ready. Once we had the key we went to the room were we found one of the beds had not been changed, sheets stained and hair in it. Reported to reception and it was sorted quickly. Staff all friendly and helpful.
