Review:   Recommended for: Foodies, familes, honeymoons.

Pros: We have stayed at this resort twice. I love the welcoming staff, they really will do everything that can to make your stay pleasant. Resort view rooms may have a partial ocean view, when your are on the balcony, no need to pay for an ocean view if you want to spend your money else where. Rooms are very comfortable, bedding is soft, sheets and towels are high quality. Bathrooms have tubs and separate shower. Very bright feel, the fire pits are a great gathering place anytime of year. The food is outstanding, bacon and eggs still hot when they come to your table. Even ordered rooms service and had hot food. I don't have any complaints on the food or drink quality. Hyatt Ziva is pretty property and right next to Hyatt Zilara, great for mixed family reunions, some want quiet side and adults only, can still easily dine and paly with the family on Ziva side. This property is close to the airport, so there is no need for long rides once you arrive. It is still far enough away that no airplane noise is heard to disturb your vacation.

Cons: If you are a beach lover and want to walk endless miles on the beach, you will not like this beach, its is very nice, not as big as some on the island. Beach has nice protected coves so you can use the watersports, only about a football field long, then there are impassable rocks. When completely full there are longer lines (30-45 minutes) for dining, they are expanding dining options which should help that problem.

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Excellent resort, about 15 minute ride from the airport. This place has several locations to eat at and multiple pools. One of the pools is for adults only. There's also beach access, but the water can be a little rough so there are sections of rocks to keep certain areas calm. There is entertainment everyday, and also a fitness facility that has cardio and strength training equipment. The fitness facility also has group classes. The service here is good, but expect everything to run on island time, meaning not fast. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because other members within our group had money stolen from their rooms. All of my belongings were fine. I used the do not disturb door sign and kept things of value in my room safe.

Review:   We really enjoyed our 4days here last week. Beach is steps away. However small and may get congested during peak hours. A bigger public beach is just a 20 min drive. World class service all the way around. They really make you feel at home hear. Nothing but great things to say all they way around. Both my daughter 19 and son 11 enjoyed themselves.

Review:   My husband and I stayed here in march 2018 also my birthday. when we arrived at the resort , We felt so welcome right away. The staff greeted us right away and explained everything before we ever asked. We went to our room and our luggage was brought to us in about 10 minutes, which was great. the room was big and the hotel was very well kept. From the that first day to our last day was one of the best resort we've ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing i could say we weren't satisfied with. I would recommend anyone to visit this resort. We've already started making plans to come again in 2020. Can't wait!!!!! I can't remember all name but Carl from bell staff and Orville is just a few of the great staff at you resort, wish i could remember all their name i would name them all.

Review:   I don’t understand why or how anyone can give this resort any negative reviews because my experience was excellent. Sure, anyone can be nitpicky but really, this place deserves five stars. The staff was all very kind and courteous, the service amazing. We were always greeted sweetly and always felt welcome. All of our meals were well prepared and I’m going to miss being able to get jerk whenever I want. I was sad to come home to drab food again! The private beach is more like a cove but it was so insanely peaceful to me. The gazebos were beautiful and the sheer sound at night was like a dream. I spent the last night there sitting on a chaise, with my pants rolled up, feet in the sand, water rolling up over my ankles, with a frozen drink in my hand, and it was the happiest I’d been in ages. I owe it all to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Review:   Excellent restaurant options with comfortable and casual lounge areas. Lots of activities for the family and good beach and pool access, friendly staff always willing to help. They also offer good conference facilities for those looking to host big conferences and need rooms and setup all in one location. It's a good overall experience. Kudos
