About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Such a beautiful hotel. It is open and airy letting in the breeze from the ocean and the views of the sunset are spectacular. The rooms are well apportioned and many have great views of the ocean. I found some of the details in the room to be lacking, like the fact that there were no plugs next to the bedside and that the bathroom was oddly laid out. But of course those are minor details; overall it's wonderful and we will absolutely be coming back. Reminds me a lot of the 1 Hotel in Miami.

Review:   If you are looking for a 5 star place in Maui, this is it. Gorgeous inside and out with spectacular views. Top notch restaurants and hangouts. Everyone on the staff are super friendly and outgoing, ensuring that your every need is satisfied, from the valets, to the hotel staff to the boating and snorkeling guides. Also, it doesn't share a beach with any other hotels! So no excuses for not getting down to the water to enjoy the amazing sunsets!! So glad we chose the Andaz for our honeymoon!!!

Review:   The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff members that go out of their way to make it an excellent time. This year we went to the new years eve party and had an amazing time with stunning fireworks just above. Clientele skews closer to 30-45 versus other nearby resorts.

Review:   I would say that the most beautiful resort ever! I was satisfied with the facility, nice staffs, services and everything. I visited here 2015 Oct. Here was really calm and relaxing. I saw many Infinity pools but Andaz maui is the best. It is definitely worth staying at.

Review:   Beautiful hotel and facilities in a really great area of Maui! The pools, all 5, are so pretty, changing colours at night. The beach is clean with soft sand. The staff make sure the guests are taken care of, from Rizza who checked us in, to Mary at poolside, and the beach guys who brought out chairs and towels for everyone! I celebrated a birthday while we were there, and everyone made sure I had a special day! The spa was great too, very relaxing vacation. It is expensive though, but we knew that when we booked!
