Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   It is a really nice place to stay. Their facilities and rooms are of course nice, but there's something more that makes you feel like you are really welcome here. It felt like a home the whole time we were in Bangkok. There are so many hotels in Bangkok, and I was tempted to choose other supposedly-good hotels, but having stayed there and knowing, I'd definitely go back again. Just one thing, I'm not a big fan of the amenities of intercontinental hotels... Wish they used something different.

Review:   Lovely hotel, great staff who work hard to prevent you from waiting. There are a variety of restaurants both in the hotel and in the connected shopping center. The rooms were incredibly clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a bar with alcohol, appetizers and juices. The location is very busy, surrounded by shopping centers, it can be slow taking a taxi nearby. But we loved that the train has a close station whicg made getting from the airport easy. We would definitely come here again.

Review:   Great services. Staff would go all the way to help you and make sure your stay was much satisfied. Sometimes problem does happen but they rectified it immediately. Good choice of breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. I had 3 brilliant nights there. Will stay there again.

Review:   Great experience here. Staff were absolutely on point, as you would expect from an Intercontinental. The breakfast buffet was one of the shining stars here with an amazing choice of food from many different regions to suit different pallets. The gym was one of the better gyms I have been two with relatively new and varied equipment including cables, free weights and the various treadmills and rowing machines you would expect - all accompanied by a view over Bangkok. There is also a sauna and jacuzzi for after! The rooftop pool is a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Great food courts in the area so you can get some cheap food if you can't bring yourself to pay for the very expensive room service!

Review:   Amazing hotel. Great service. Great executive lounge with great mojitos and nice food. Good breakfast too. The only downside is the street outside is very busy making it hard to get taxis and almost all refuse to use the meter even when hailed by the door staff.
