Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Spent a relaxing morning at the beach here. Beach wasn't too busy, with ample space to go around, including shady spots. Sand was soft and beach was well maintained, but watch out for buried rocks. The water was calm and appeared to be relatively clear (didn't have my snorkeling gear with me... :/), but my kids (ages 3 and 9) enjoyed it. Washroom facilities were also clean and well maintained.

Review:   The hotel main lobby is spacious and welcoming. It features a lot of open-to-the outdoor areas where you can relax and watch the sunset. The rooms are average: small, nothing special, just a room. They seem over-priced, but I guess everything is in the island. There are good hotel amenities including great pools, beach access, and hotel staff who are willing to help you plan out your stay. I'd say overall this is a good hotel, but if the pricing was better would be considered 'great'.

Review:   Very gorgeous place with amazing views. It's amazing to be able to see the ocean from the pool. Everyone is very kind and caring, and the staff is super helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Food and other buys are a bit expensive, but it is to be expected on an island.

Review:   This was the perfect choice for family of four. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff that really seems to care that the guests have a good experience. Food is good and the pool and beach setup are great for kids and adults. It is such a good setup that we had to push ourselves to leave and explore some of the wonderful beaches and attractions on the island. I would say the only real down side is the relatively poor snorkeling we experienced at this beach in comparison to others but there was a lot to do regardless.

Review:   Basically, my worst hotel experience in Hawaii. The front desk is the most unfriendly one I have every seen. Hotel room quality is about 3star level, can’t believe it is 4 stars. I got ocean view room, but I need to go the balcony and lean on the right wall, then I can see a tiny piece of ocean. If you in room or in left side of balcony, you certainly can not see anything. Beach is just average. Basically, same as any free beach in Hawaii. One thing shock me is: if you need beach towels, you need put your card for exchange. And no way to get two towel. Only one!
