Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Beautiful resort nestled on the shore of lake Tekapo. The villas offer stunning views of the lake and the adjacent mountains and a stone throw away from village centre. the villa we stayed at had all amenities and a small kitchen as well. Staff is very courteous. Overall a good experience.

Review:   Got a very good deal on last minute bookings in winter. Like $100 for a 2 story townhouse to myself. Would have been about 350 normally. Anyway, place was imaculate, second storey looked out at the lake. Couldn't be faulted. The food in the restaurant was a bit too pretentious though. I didn't actually want to order anything, but I'd left it too late and didn't really have another choice. If you can get it discounted, I heartily recommend.

Review:   Very nice villa 2 bedrooms unit and complete things, kitchen, etc. in peppers bluewater resort hotel. Location also strategic and just across the road is the village center and lake view and popular visitor place. Have several restaurants and cafes, groceries/convenient store around.

Review:   Stayed in 2 bedroom lake view suite. Great experience. Rooms good. View amazing. Lots of living space, biggest downside of place was single bathroom for 2 bedrooms. Restaurant at resort is quite good for dinner, breakfast not so much.
