Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I have just returned from a 4 day stay at Ovolo Woolloomooloo. From the moment you step into the foyer you know you are in for a treat. The staff are wonderful - I would especially like to mention Simone who is an angel. They were all willing to offer assistance wherever needed, making recommendations on restaurants, walks around the area, what buses/trains to catch. We especially loved the attention to detail - free mini bar, great selection for breakfast, happy hour and a parting gift. The rooms are funky are spacious and clean. Our favourite part was returning after a big day out to sit by the fire area enjoying canapes and a free drink as part of happy hour. Would highly recommend it and will be back for sure xx Thank you Ovolo. What a wonderful hotel

Review:   Bravo to the team. A superb property that I love staying in when I’m travelling to Sydney. David Sude, the GM leads an outstanding team of committed and caring colleagues. The location is a winner ! Clean and tidy rooms to boot. Just book it.

Review:   Super polite and friendly staff and good products (biology body care and shampoo) including complimentary mini bar. Overall a bit overpriced, ventilation duct was dusty and water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was really boring and small too.

Review:   You have to do it! This is a great place to stay. We had one night, valet the car on arrival and headed to our room. These rooms are really comfy and clean. We headed over to the art gallery and then had a drink at the hotel bar which was pleasant. You can download and app and juke box pick the music played throughout the reception/bar which is really cool as it sounds unreal over their sound system. Dinner was easy on the wharf with top class restaurants, take your pick. I would definitely book as some can get quite busy.
