Depart by local Riverboat from the Floating Docks, the world's largest floating port that was specially devised to avoid flooding.
Cross the Rio Negro by riverboat into Lake January, an ecological Park situated between the two rivers. Board canoes with outboard motors and drive through the dark and exiting jungle. At night is when the jungle comes alive. Watch the game of shadows and listen to the mysterious sounds, as you guide watches for alligators. When he finds one, he then will jump into the water and catch it with his bare hands. Take this unique opportunity get a close look and take some pictures, before it is released back into the river.
This tour includes transportation by regional boats and canoes, and a great English-speaking local guide. Water is included onboard the boats.
