Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Rooms size and bed is very generous. Air-conditioning was nice and cool. The room I got had nice views. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Free internet was good too. Room had a flickering light but forgot to mention it to reception as I only used the side lamps. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay at.

Review:   We initially stayed here due to its reasonable price and distance to circular quay as we were going on a cruise. With very little expectations to our surprise it is an absolutely fantastic hotel close to everything you need including circular quay, harbour bridge, opera house and a train station from the airport directly out the front. Our room was contemporarily fitted, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were also incredibly friendly, helpful and were even asking us about our holiday plans.

Review:   We didn't stay at this hotel, but ate a number of meals here, which were very good value for money. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to eat that sells good food, I would recommend this restaurant.

Review:   The rooms are of a good standard and the staff fantastic. However the walls are paper thin. We stayed three nights. We heard the neighbors have sex three times on night one, had a reprieve on the second night but had to endure some drunk guys playing loud rap music after midnight. To be fair the staff did get them to stop (the loud music I mean). Otherwise our stay was good.

Review:   We stayed here 5 nights in September with 10 friends. The lifts were under repairs and each time using lifts took 15 to 20 min. The guy in reception , Michael was so rude and unfriendly. He ruined our trip to beautiful Sydney at the first day . Rooms are old and gray. The breakfast was awful. The only Positive thing about this hotel is it's location. Never recommend. Me and my husband operate tours to all over the worlds and this hotel was disappointing.
