Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Excellent central location. The check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with our requests for pillows from the pillow menu fulfilled very quickly! The breakfast is exceptional. My only complaint about our stay was that the indoor pool could have been heated up a bit warmer, but the free weights in the gym sort of made up for that :) This is a fantastic place to stay and I'll be back again.

Review:   Great location, great staff, great views, but it is all looking very dated and in need of a much overdue facelift. Bathrooms in the rooms are pretty ordinary as are the lotions and potions. For what you pay, they could do a lot better.

Review:   Beautiful mix of traditional architecture with a modern twist. Great location and fantastic views! Such elegance and the staff are so incredibly professional and helpful. Opera Bar buffet choices are amazing and delicious. King City View room was very spacious and nice views.

Review:   Awesome hotel. Location is excellent being a short walk to circular quay. Guest services was very helpful in allowing for an early check in and sorting out our room. View, even of the city, is excellent. Pool level is fun with stunning views of the Opera House. Beds are comfortable although a little small. Room is spacious with nice amenities. Value is decent, a bit pricey for what you get but it is supply and demand. Would definitely stay again.
