Overview
Come to our party...horseback riding, banana boat rides, food, and an open bar.
The city of Mazatlan is not the polished glossy resort town that you expect to see. Instead, it is authentic, and this is also reflected in the tours. Stone Island is not a "water park," but a beach setting that the locals enjoy as much as the tourists.
Please keep in mind that you are visiting a fishing village, not a synthetic resort town. You will find that the people here are wonderful and appreciative of your support.
PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!
From the time you're met at the cruise ship pier (or your hotel) to the time you return back, you'll have the time of our life with this party day at Stone Island Beach.
Your adventure begins when you board a boat for the ride to Stone Island. Along the way, you'll have close encounters with sea lions. Once at Stone Island, there's music, swimming, sightseeing, and great food and drinks. While there, you'll have a choice of two of the following activities: a short horseback ride, a banana boat ride, riding in a horse-pulled wagon, snorkeling, and boogie boarding.
This is a lovely venue for a relaxing day and can be enjoyed by every age group.
Lunch is included ... and so is the open bar with beer, rum, brandy, soft drinks, and juices.
- We suggest that you bring your swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a towel. If you think you may want to go horseback riding while you are here, bring long pants and closed-toed shoes.
- Please note that in Mazatlan there is some confusion about ship time vs. local time. Please see your purser on your ship to clarify whether your ship changes its time to local time so you do not miss your excursion. As each ship is ruled by its captain, it is your responsibility to confirm this while while you are sailing.
- This trip does not operate on New Year's Day.
