Overview
Explore the extensive historical and picturesque gardens in this beautiful city.
Beginning at the Botanical Gardens, your guide will immediately start explaining the city and its evolution along the centuries, specifically focusing on the extensive historical and picturesque gardens.
The first gardens you visit will be the Botanical Gardens, some of the most important within Spain, dating back to the 16th century. There is a small shop at the Botanical Gardens that you may be able to stop at, if time permits.
Next you will walk along the former riverbed, now Turia Gardens, to the Royal Gardens, which used to belong to the once-destroyed Royal Palace of the city, before continuing on to the Monforte Gardens, which are done in romantic-neoclassical style.
Finally, walk to the Flowers Bridge where you will continue along the Turia Gardens to the Music Hall, to observe the gardens designed by architect Ricardo Bofill.
