Private Cruise To Vidos Island, Mouse Island, And Mon Repo PalaceExplore > Greece > Corfu > Private Cruise To Vidos Island, Mouse Island, And Mon Repo Palace
OverviewSee a different side of Corfu. Board your boat and take in the sights of Corfu's golden coastline while cruising around Corfu Town. Hop aboard and have your camera ready as we pass by one of the most-photographed tourist attractions, Pontikonissi (Mouse Island). Feel free to disembark and visit the small monastery on the hill, originally built by Austrian Empress Sissy. You may also choose to take a short coffee break in the island's only coffee shop. Our next stop is the Palace of Mon Repos, which is surrounded by huge public gardens. The palace was formerly the property of the Greek royal family, and your guide will lead you through the Palace, as well as the adjacent archaeological sites of the old Corcyra city (Paleopolis), the ancient capital of Corfu. The site dates back to 492 B.C. Our final stop is Vidos Island, an unspoiled, uninhabited, small green island just half a mile from Corfu Town. The island is just off the coast from Corfu Town, and was strategically important to the town's defense. Here, you'll see untouched beaches and small forest pathways leading to the old Serbian cemetery. - The price of this tour includes round trip transportation from the cruise ship pier, a great English-speaking guide, entrance tickets to Mon Repo Palace and archaeological sites, and a light lunch on board the boat with wine and ouzo. - This trip requires a minimum of 8 people. The maximum is 35. Days offered: 7 days a week Departures:
