OverviewHelios, the Greek sun god, will help you get your 'game' on! The Corfu Golf Club's beautiful course is located in the Ropa Valley near Ermones Bay on Corfu's west coast. It was designed by Donald Harradine, a famous Swiss-based architect, where natural resources have been blended with man-made hazards to make this a worthy course with a fair challenge. It is equally enjoyable for both beginners and experienced golfers. The magnificent greens of Pencross Bent are considered to be the finest in the Mediterranean. The tree-lined fairways and the sand traps, combined with several lakes and meandering streams create an attractive image against a backdrop of high hills. Even in high summer, there is almost always a cooling breeze from the sea. There are 3 sets of tees thus providing enjoyment for all categories of players. The turf is excellent and easy to walk on. Every hole on the course provides its own variety and obstacles. 18 Holes - Par 72-SSS 72 and the length of 6221 meters. The clubhouse consists of a lounge and a restaurant with a spacious terrace overlooking the putting green. There are ample changing and shower rooms, and a pro-shop. Golf bags and clubs, (electric) trolleys, golf carts, etc. can be rented from the reception area. The practice ground is particularly large and buckets of balls are available to those wishing to improve their "putt for dough" skills. Included in this tour are: - Roundtrip transfers - Local club member as golf escort - 9 or 18 hole greens fees - Traditional light Greek lunch on the terrace Reserve in advance but payable at Club House upon arrival: - Golf Cart 30 euros - Trolley 6 euros - Electric trolley 15 euros - Half Set of clubs 15 euros, right- or left-handed - Locker 4 euros - 20 Driving Range Balls 2 euros - Visitor Range Fee 9 euros - A minimum handicap of 28 is required in April, May, September, and October. - The golf course is open from March to November.
