Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   We were staying across the street and we came just for the restaurant, which seemed to have good reviews online. The food was excellent as was the service. We were a little surprised that every other customer in the restaurant seemed to be staying at the hotel. Beautiful lobby!

Review:   On the positive side The room was decently big Bathroom was well maintained and clean Bed was very comfortable. On the negative side The hotel hotel does receive large groups. When we were there one of them was very noisy and loud. Not necessarily the hotels fault but something to know when booking that this might happen.

Review:   Hotel now offering free WiFi, well done for acting on previous reviews. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Easy walk into town centre with all the activities and restaurants, uphill walk back but hotel shuttle available if required hourly.
