Bosphorus Cruise And Asian Side JourneyExplore > Turkey > Istanbul > Bosphorus Cruise And Asian Side JourneyOverviewSee the most important sites of Istanbul in this whirlwind tour. Istanbul, formerly known as Constantinople, is the largest city in Turkey, and considered by some to be the most important. This tour will take you to all of the "must-see" places of the city, introducing you to a fascinating mix of old and new that is modern Istanbul. We'll meet you right at the cruise pier (or hotel). From here, we will travel through the main commercial area. Your guide will be sure to point out all monuments and sites of interest. Next, we're off to the Spice Bazaar, one of the oldest bazaars in the city. The colors, textures, and, of course, aromas are wonderful! The Spice Bazaar also serves as a wonderful backdrop for photographs! Following this, take the local ferry to begin your "two continents tour" (Europe and Asia). On your ferry ride, travel past Ottoman palaces, Dolmabahce Palace, and Beylerbeyi. You'll also be able to see incredible mansions and villas. After lunch, we'll explore the Asian part of Istanbul and the Bosphorus Bridge. Visit the Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica, where you will enjoy a very impressive panoramic view of the city. - The cost of meals, drinks, admissions, and/or any other extras is not included. - On September 24, 2015, The Spice Market and Grand Bazaar will be closed. Days offered: 7 days a week Departures:
