Spend a relaxing day on a lovely beach - with lots of fun toys!
Propriano is, above all, a beach town - so what better thing to do here than head to the beach!
Instantly escape the crowds by heading over to this beautiful beach right after you get off your ship. From the port you will cross the bay, by boat, to this long, deep stretch of white sand. What you will find is a lovely, relaxed environment, full of local flavor, that is extremely family friendly. Stretch out under your umbrella and enjoy the day!
Your Basic Package includes transfer over to the beach (and back!) by boat, and an umbrella on the beach for the day. The Special Package includes the Basic Package plus 60 minute's use of non-motorized equipment (pedal boats and kayaks). There is also a group option if there are 8 or more people in your party.
Once you get there, if you're up for some more excitement, you will also have the option of purchasing the following:
-40€ (about $48) for 60 minutes of an individual sailing lesson (Catamaran, Hobie Cat, or monocoque or wind surf board)
-26€ (about $32) for 60 minutes of a group sailing lesson (4 persons minimum)
-8€ (about $10) for one round (about 6 minutes) of tubing
-18€ (about $20) for one lesson on a ski or wake board
-4€ (about $5) for 60 minutes in the new Aqua Park which includes a slide, trampoline, and climbing wall
There are also two restaurants available on site, a grill that serves delicious sandwiches and crepes, and a fancier spot (with a charming rock pool) if you are in the mood for something less casual. You can purchase beers and sodas for about 2€.
Bring your towel, bathing suit, and sunscreen. There is a bathroom to change in if you do not wear your suit, but there are no lockers available so pack light!
This trip requires a minimum of 4 passengers.
Please keep in mind that, as this is a European beach, it is "tops optional." It is still a family friendly environment.
