Join us for a wonderful, relaxing half-day sail in St. Maarten. We'll cruise on a spacious, classic sailing schooner along the southwest coast of the island.
The wind in the sails and the water lapping against the hull make the soothing music that accompanies you on this trip.
We'll sail along the leeward shores of the island from Simpson Bay, passing Beacon Hill, Maho Bay, Mullet Bay, and Cupecoy Beach on our way to Long Bay.
We'll stop for a swim and snorkel in the turquoise waters of a tranquil bay. If you'd rather stay dry, you can spend the time soaking up the sun, reading a book, or just kicking back and relaxing.
We usually (depending on water conditions) anchor in front of La Samanna Resort in Long Bay.
We'll also enjoy a delicious Caribbean lunch of chicken or mahi mahi, and drinks!
- Guests must take a taxi to the starting point of this tour (30 minutes one-way). Specific directions will appear on your voucher after you purchase this trip. The taxi ride will cost approximately $20 US one-way for 1 or 2 people. Each additional person is $5. For larger groups, contact ShoreTrips. We will arrange private transportation for an additional charge.
- Wear or bring your swimsuit, hat, towel, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Open bar includes beer, wine, rum punch, soda, and water.
- Lunch is mahi mahi or chicken fillet with mango sauce. We also have vegetarian options. We will ask your lunch choice at check out.
- The shaded area on the boat is at the dining room table, which easily seats 12 people, and the sunny area is in the back and can seat about 14 people.
- Maximum 30 guests.
