Overview
Spend the morning playing tennis, near Orient Beach. A private lesson is included.
After traveling through 11 islands during a one-month trip, I was feeling water-logged without having touched the water! (Remember that Barry is our water sport expert.) As we zipped away from Orient Bay, we passed this tennis academy and saw the pro. I believe in fate, so, although we had no appointment with him, we stopped. By the time we were finished chatting, we had met his adorable wife and daughter, received recommendations for dinner that night (good ones!) and arranged for you to play tennis and get expert help in your weak spots.
Since that time, we did some research and found that this was a primo facility. I know it will feel great to hit some tennis balls.
The tennis lesson starts at 10 a.m. in Orient Bay. Your Tennis Professional's name is Oliver. He is a certified Tennis Professional from USPTR (United States Professional Tennis Registry at Hilton Head, South Carolina). The tennis lesson consists of the 21st century Tennis Technique Essential Strokes, such as forehand, backhand, serve and volley, and stroke practicing. From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. you have time to put in practice what you have learned in the lesson.
Lessons are based on:
•Correcting the most common mistakes made by tennis players (Corrective Techniques)
•Building the good basic strokes (Stroke Reproduction)
•Developing consistency of your strokes (Practice Routine)
•Footwork and Fitness
•Evaluating the weakness(es) of your opponent and to be able to take advantage of it (Tactics and Strategies)

Our Tennis facility is located 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Orient beach. Why not go for a swim after your game?
As an authorized Wilson dealer, you can find in the Pro Shop all the latest Tennis rackets and accessories.
Pack your racquet and gear before you leave home. Proper tennis outfit and tennis shoes required. Also do not forget your hat. Transfers are not included. It is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the cruise ship pier.
This package is for couples only. The price reflects the total price for the couple.
