Limited Mobility Travel – City Tour And Quebrada Cliff DiversExplore > Mexico > Acapulco > Limited Mobility Travel – City Tour And Quebrada Cliff Divers
OverviewA wheelchair friendly city tour. Discover Acapulco! Your van with a lift for wheelchairs will take you on a guided tour of the major landmarks of Acapulco. Drive through the surrounding area of Acapulco´s famous resorts hotels like the Fairmont Acapulco Princess Hotel, built in the shape of an Aztec pyramid, the traditional part of town, the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Market shopping area. Along the way we will make several stops so you can admire the magnificent Acapulco Bay. And it wouldn't be a visit to Acapulco without a stop to see the famous Quebrada Cliff Divers. The ride up to the jump point is dramatic in itself. From your special vantage point at the Hotel El Mirador, you'll be able to see the divers. There is an accessible terrace with a ramp. You will arrive just in time to see a couple of fearless young men dive into what seems to be an incredibly small spot among the rocks. Afterward, they may climb up to greet you and pose for a photo with you. You can thank them with a tip, as they do risk their lives without other compensation. - The extra fee includes admission into the Hotel El Mirador and 2 drinks. Everyone is required to purchase the extra fee. - Wear comfortable shoes, sunblock and bring your camera. - Please note that in Acapulco there is some confusion about ship time vs local time. Please see your purser on your ship to clarify whether your ship changes its time to local time so you do not miss your excursion. As each ship is ruled by its captain, it is your responsibility to confirm this while you are sailing. Days offered: 7 days a week Departures:
